This 4-week mentoring and coaching program is designed just for managers and leaders in corporate roles who want to grow their confidence, lead with impact, and tackle challenges head-on.

Each one-hour weekly session focuses on practical skills and real-world strategies, using the proven coaching techniques of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

  • Session Time: 1 hour per fortnight

  • Cost: Dependant on number of employees requiring coaching

  • Format: Sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere. Evening and weekend options are available to fit your schedule. If you’re in Melbourne, we can arrange in-person sessions.
