Sheena possesses a Master's degree in Leadership and Organisational Coaching, blending practical experience with theoretical insight to successfully guide leaders through transformative change.
Experience
Since 1994, Sheena has taken on a variety of roles in her career, including Buyer's Assistant, Buyer, Production Planner, Marketing Assistant, Resourcing Specialist, IT Trainer, Change Manager, Coach, HR Trainer, and Client Engagement Director. This wide-ranging experience gives her a deep understanding of how organisations function and the work people are expected to do in their roles.
Sheena has collaborated with many well-known companies such as Colgate Palmolive, British Airports Authority, ANSTO, National Australia Bank, various government departments, Australia Post, George Weston Foods, and Carlton United Breweries. Additionally, she’s partnered with consulting firms like Accenture, KPMG, and Bluewolf.
Moreover, she has led organisational change for major system implementations like Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle, employing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. She’s skilled at building connections with everyone from CEOs to frontline employees and has trained over 3,500 individuals through both in-person and online sessions. Her change management strategy, which aligns with frameworks like PROSCI, has significantly enhanced communication and engagement within organizations.
