Step 2 – Analyse the solution design, as-is and to-be processes, and stakeholders to understand the extent of the change and how best to manage it

 

Step 3 – Planning – create the Change Management documentation:

  • Change Impact Analysis - detailing out what the changes are expected to be and the best way to manage them

  • Change & Engagement Plan - gives an overview of the actions to engage the stakeholders and create the change

  • Training Plan - how the training will be delivered

  • Communications Plan - the series of communications that are required

Step 4 - Create a Change Champion Network and Change Leadership Network - work with these teams to manage the change

Step 5 – Build out the communications and training to ensure end user adoption of the new system and processes.
